Laura earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2008 and graduated cum laude from the University of Florida, cementing her academic foundation in law and her dedication to excellence.

Tom Fabricio is a highly accomplished attorney known for his mastery in civil and commercial litigation, insurance litigation, and real estate transactions. With a proven track record of securing favorable outcomes for his clients, Tom has built a reputation for delivering results in high-stakes legal battles. As General Counsel to a multi-state retailer, Tom oversees complex legal matters, providing strategic guidance that ensures business success and risk management at the highest level.
In addition to his private practice, Tom serves as the State Representative for Florida House District 110, a role that underscores his leadership and influence beyond the courtroom. He represents key communities, including The Town of Miami Lakes, Hialeah, Palm Springs North, Country Club of Miami, and other parts of unincorporated Miami-Dade County.
As Chair of the Ethics, Elections & Open Government Subcommittee, and a member of the State Affairs Committee, Ways & Means Committee, Insurance & Banking Subcommittee, and Justice Appropriations Subcommittee, Tom plays a pivotal role in shaping Florida’s legislative landscape.
Tom’s service extends to the Florida State Guard, where he holds the rank of Captain (O3), reflecting his commitment to leadership, discipline, and public service.
His extensive background in public service includes prior roles on the Broward County Charter Review Commission and multiple county and municipal advisory boards, demonstrating a deep commitment to his community and state.
Before founding his successful law firm, Tom honed his legal expertise as an associate attorney at Walton Lantaff Schroeder & Carson, LLP in Fort Lauderdale, where he worked on complex litigation and developed a reputation as a formidable legal strategist.
Admitted to the Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, Tom brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and determination to every case. He earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 2008, graduating after a distinguished academic career. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Political Science and English Literature from Marymount Manhattan College, where he first cultivated his passion for law and public service.
