Thomas P. Fabricio is a Florida attorney and trial-tested litigator whose practice focuses on civil litigation, commercial disputes, insurance matters, real estate litigation, and representation of applicants before the Florida Board of Bar Examiners.
Tom represents individuals, businesses, property owners, and professionals in matters requiring practical judgment, careful preparation, and strong courtroom advocacy.
His litigation practice includes pre-suit strategy, motion practice, discovery, evidentiary hearings, mediations, arbitrations, bench trials, and jury trials.
Whether advising a client before a dispute becomes a lawsuit or standing before a court at trial, Tom approaches each matter with a focus on preparation, strategy and results.

Through The Fabricio Law Firm, P.A., Tom assists clients with a broad range of Florida litigation matters, including business disputes, contract disputes, insurance-related claims, property disputes, real estate litigation, and other civil matters.

Florida Board of Bar Examiners Character and Fitness Representation
In addition to his civil litigation practice, Tom represents law school graduates and bar applicants in character and fitness matters before the Florida Board of Bar Examiners, including investigative hearings and formal hearings.

Public Service and Florida House of Representatives
Since November 2020, Tom has served as a member of the Florida House of Representatives.
He currently represents Florida House District 110, which includes Miami Lakes, Hialeah, Palm Springs North, Country Club of Miami, and portions of unincorporated Miami-Dade County.
His public service gives him a unique perspective on the intersection of law, business, government, regulation, and public policy.
In the Florida House, Tom currently serves as Vice Chair of the Ways & Means Committee and Alternating Chair of the Joint Select Committee on Collective Bargaining. He also serves on the Judiciary Committee, Criminal Justice Subcommittee, Rules & Ethics Committee, Information Technology Budget & Policy Subcommittee, Natural Resources & Disasters Subcommittee, and Transportation & Economic Development Budget Subcommittee.
Florida State Guard and Community Service
Tom’s commitment to service also includes his role in the Florida State Guard, where he holds the rank of Captain.
He previously served on the Broward County Charter Review Commission and on various county and municipal advisory boards.

Tom is admitted to The Florida Bar and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University in 2008 and holds a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Political Science and English Literature from Marymount Manhattan College.
